Mainframe and distributed systems no longer live in isolation. We are a both parts of an integrated IT environment. We learn from each other and in doing so we can take the best of both worlds in improving IT processes. DevOps is one such area where strong integration can bring huge benefits. In this presentation I will discuss the benefits and provides suggestions for the way forward.
